Early on, Erica realized she had a deep passion for two things; travel and food. Traveling 25 countries, immersing herself in the food cultures and bringing her experiences and flavors home - to you.
Raised in Poulsbo, Washington, Erica is a self-taught and passionate chef with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. Her journey began with a degree from the University of Washington, followed by a stay at the Quillisascut School of the Domestic Arts, where she deepened her knowledge of the food cycle and sustainable cooking practices. Recently, Erica completed her private chef certification.
On the national stage, she claimed 5th place in the Greatest Baker Competition, showcasing her dedication to creating beautiful food. Beyond the culinary realm, she holds a 200 hour yoga teacher certification, finding balance and mindfulness in the midst of flavorful adventures.
Erica’s global culinary repertoire spans over 25 countries, from crafting Persian delights in her mother-in-law's kitchen in Norway to perfecting pasta-making in Italy. She even had the honor of preparing freshly caught fish from in Oman.
When the apron is off, Erica loves getting her hands dirty while throwing pottery and digging in the garden. She also loves sweating it out at the gym and finding culinary inspiration while dining at Michelin Star Restaurants with her amazing and incredibly supportive husband.
